Releimage Privacy Policy

Scope: This policy applies to the Services, including websites, web apps, and support channels we operate.

Controller: For users in the EEA/UK, Releimage is the data controller for personal data processed via the Services. Contact: privacy@releimage.com.

Not covered: Third-party sites or services that link to or from our Services.

We collect information in the following categories:

We do not seek to collect sensitive personal data (e.g., health, precise geolocation, government IDs). Please do not include sensitive information in uploaded photos or free-text fields.

We use personal information to:

• Provide and operate the Services, including processing and delivering enhanced images.
• Authenticate, secure, and debug accounts and the platform.
• Process payments, prevent fraud, and maintain accounting/records.
• Analyze usage to improve quality, performance, and reliability.
• Communicate about updates, security alerts, and administrative matters. With your consent (where required), send product tips, promotions, or surveys.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

AI Processing. We process uploaded images using Releimage's models and/or vetted third-party AI processors under contract. We do not use customer-uploaded content to train our foundation models without your explicit consent. We may, with your permission, use a subset of de-identified samples to improve quality controls and detection of failure modes.

Legal bases (EEA/UK): performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) such as service improvement and security; consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for optional cookies/marketing; legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

We use:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies for login, session management, and security.
• Analytics Cookies to understand usage and improve performance.
• Marketing/Advertising Cookies only if you opt in, to measure campaigns and show relevant information.

You can manage cookie preferences in our banner/settings and via your browser. Disabling certain cookies may affect functionality.

We share personal information only as described below:

• Service Providers / Processors: Cloud hosting, storage, AI inference vendors, analytics, email, customer support, and payment processing (bound by confidentiality and
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets (we will provide notice where required).
• Legal & Safety: To comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, safety, and property of Releimage, our users, or the public.
• With Your Direction: When you connect third-party integrations or request disclosures.

We do not sell personal information as defined by certain US state laws. We may engage in limited "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising only if you consent; you may opt out at any time.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Content retention (uploads): By default, we retain original uploads and generated outputs for a limited period to support re-downloads, quality checks, and customer support. You can delete projects/files at any time from within your account or by contacting us. We may retain minimal logs about deletion events for security and audit purposes.

If you need custom retention (e.g., automatic purge on project completion), contact privacy@releimage.com.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access a copy of your personal information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete personal information
• Port personal information to another service
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Opt out of targeted advertising, sales, or profiling (where applicable)
• Withdraw consent at any time (for processing based on consent)

To exercise rights, email privacy@releimage.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject and specify your region. We may verify your identity. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.

Appeals: If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email. If unresolved, you may contact your local protection authority.

We use trusted vendors to provide the Services. Categories include:

• Cloud Hosting & Storage (e.g., infrastructure-as-a-service providers)
• AI Inference Providers (GPU/ML platforms under DPAs)
• Payment Processing (e.g., PCI-DSS compliant processors)
• Analytics & Error Monitoring
• Email & Customer Support Tools

We maintain an up-to-date list of subprocessors upon request at privacy@releimage.com. We will provide notice of material changes where required.

Scope of edits: Our AI tools remove or minimize small, non-structural items (e.g., countertop clutter, cords) and apply light global adjustments (exposure/white balance). We do not alter permanent features or room geometry.

Human-in-the-loop: We may use human review for quality assurance, subject to confidentiality obligations.

Training policy: We do not use your uploaded content to train general-purpose models without your explicit consent. If you opt in, we will apply de-identification and access controls.

Accounts: Retained while active; deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after closure.

Billing records: Retained per legal/accounting requirements (e.g., 7 years in some jurisdictions).

Uploaded images & outputs: Retained for service delivery and support; user-controllable deletion available; standard purge cycles applied to backups/logs.
